It expresses the goals and reforms, which are presented for the construction of European Higher Education Area until 2010. Therefore, the Bologna process foresees a future with goals such as preparing higher education diplomas and/or degrees, which are easily understood and compared with each other, (in accordance with this purpose, to develop the application of an diploma supplement), passing to two-stage degree system at higher education, applying the European Credit Transfer System(ECTS), encouraging and enhancing the dynamism of students and lecturers, fulfilling and forming the quality assurance systems' net at higher education and developing the European format at higher education.
